Salaries:
The company gives 2300 to 2600 AED per month

Educational Background:
The candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in arts or science-related subjects with familiar office matters. Also, having good skills to speak Arabic as well as the English language.
Experience:
The applicants must have 2 to 5 years of working experience in the same field. Company gives preference to more experience holders.
Skills Required:
People will possess the following;
- Perform HR Administrative Assistant or similair role in office of the company
- Basic knowledge of Labour legislation
- Expertise to use speadsheet software & having organizational skills
- Also, good verbal & written communication skils in English & Chinese
- Chinese people are more suitable for these jobs
- Updating internal databases with new hire information
- Schedule job interviews & contact candidates as needed
- Moreover, prepare reports and presenations on HR related metrics i.e total number of hires by department
- Respond to employees questions about benefits
- Gather payroll data i.e bank accounts & working days
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records
