🚘 Key Responsibilities
As a company driver, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Operating assigned vehicles safely and courteously
- Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle – both interior and exterior
- Routine vehicle checks – fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, and mileage
- Reporting incidents or accidents immediately to management
- Transporting staff to various company-related locations (Medical Commission, Head Office, Hospitals, etc.)
- Handling mail delivery between the Head Office and other divisions
- Conducting official banking errands, such as:
- Cash deposits and withdrawals
- Sending and collecting cheques
- Assisting with Letters of Credit (L/C) transactions
- Collecting coins for Cash Counters (CC)
- Helping with basic administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
- Delivering customer orders promptly and professionally
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the department
