🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead showroom operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards. Your role includes managing both operations and people, with a strong focus on the customer experience.

1. Operations Management

  • Implement and align retail sales strategy with brand guidelines.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  • Oversee showroom SOPs to ensure optimized processes.
  • Conduct and confirm pre-delivery vehicle inspections as per brand standards.
  • Manage vehicle handovers with high attention to brand distributor standards.
  • Maintain the DMS system with real-time updates on stock and vehicle data.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and vehicle order flow for optimal inventory.
  • Apply robust lead management and follow-up strategies.
  • Hold regular team and one-on-one meetings for performance tracking.
  • Generate periodic sales performance reports for upper management.

2. People Management

  • Apply structured onboarding for all new hires per AMA standards.
  • Set and review business and personal development targets for the sales team.
  • Keep the team informed on new products, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing learning.
  • Offer continuous coaching, feedback, and motivation.
  • Promote HR policy compliance and ethical behavior.

3. Customer Relations

  • Personally manage escalated customer interactions.
  • Review and analyze customer feedback from surveys and sales analytics.
  • Develop plans to address key customer concerns and pain points.
  • Ensure service excellence aligned with the brand’s image.
  • Launch customer lifecycle programs to enhance retention and loyalty.
